Project Managers Group
The Project Managers Group (PMG) is responsible for ensuring new T2S releases go live. This involves first proposing the content of each T2S release, taking into account the Change Review Group’s ranking of change requests. The PMG then oversees user testing and migration as well as plans, coordinates and monitors the T2S release management process.
The PMG is composed of project managers from the participating CSDs and national central banks, the ECB and the 4CB (Banque de France, Banca d’Italia, Banco de España and Deutsche Bundesbank).
The PMG reports to the Market Infrastructure Board and provides the CSD Steering Group and the Non-euro Currencies Steering Group with regular updates on its work.
